Rebuilt
Transmissions rebuilt in our facilities are torn completely down, not just to the point of failure. We replace all the soft parts, test all the electrical parts and inspect all the hard parts to make sure they meet OEM specs. There are several upgraded parts we use. (even if the original parts are within OEM specs)
Remanufactured
These transmissions come in from 3rd party plants that rebuild the transmission to their specification. The main difference is the higher price and most have been dyno tested.
New
Other than the new transmission that came in your vehicle and if it failed in the first couple years of being manufactured, you'll most likely be getting a rebuilt/reman transmission. Even from the dealer
